| 内容記述 | 2000年から2015年の15年間で、中国の大卒者の数は７倍近く増加し680万人に達した。それに伴って高学歴の若者の就職難が顕在化し、職を求めて地方から大都市部へ移動する若者の数も急増した。中でも東北部や中西部の若者の流出が際立っている。岳昌君ら（2005）は、大卒者の省外への地域移動では、主に東北部・中西部（内陸部）の経済の立ち遅れた地域から東部（沿海部）の経済の発達した地域への移動に限られると指摘している。この現状をふまえ、本稿では、中国東北地方黒龍江省出身の大卒者の地域移動に焦点を当てる。そのライフイベントに注目した移動歴についての聞き取り調査のデータを用い、地域移動の傾向やパターンを整理する。同時に、個別事例の検討を通して、移動の理由とその背景について検討することを目的とする。 調査対象はハルビン師範大学の卒業生を中心に選別したが、他の大学の卒業生をも含めている。スノーボールサンプリング調査法を使用したため、対象者の男女別や専攻などには偏りがある可能性はあるものの、ここでは日本語専攻の卒業生を中心にしたインフォーマントの地域移動傾向と、そのパターンを示した。インフォーマントの地域移動についてみると、大学進学時には省内での移動が多いが、大学卒業時には逆転し、３分の２の人は省外移動を選択した。 大学進学から現在までの移動歴からインフォーマントの地域移動は省内移動のみ、UJターン、省外に出たきりの３つの移動パターンに分けられる。省内移動のみのパターンでの省内移動の理由としては、親の要求に応じること等が挙げられる。省外に移動する理由としては専攻を活かすこと、就職機会が多いこと、友人・恋人がいること等が挙げられる。例の数では専攻を活かすために省外へ移動したケースが多い。逆に、UJターンで省内に戻る理由としては、両親・親類のそばで生活したいと考えること、大学教員の仕事を目指すこと等の理由が挙げられる。 |

| 内容記述 | From 2000 to 2015, the number of new graduates from universities in China rose almost 7 times,reaching 6.8 million. This gave rise to employment problems among highly educated youth, many of whom had moved from developing regions to metropolitan areas in search of jobs. Thus the brain drain is becoming a big problem for the Northeastern Central parts of China. According to YUE Changjun （2005）, the main direction of the movement of university graduates is from the developing Northeastern and Central/Western parts to the Eastern/Coastal areas, which are better developed. This research will focus on the regional movement of university graduates whose homeland is Heilongjiang Province, which is located in the northeastern part of China. Data from interviews on movements due to life events is used to analyze general inclinations and to classify movement patterns. On the other hand, background on how such movements happened is studied through case studies. The regional movement of most interviewees was confined to the Provinces college entrance period, whereas 2/3 of them chose to move outside the Province upon graduation, which is quite a change. The regional movement of the interviewees between college entrance and the present can be classified into 3 patterns: within province, U/J turn, and out of province. For the first pattern,parental suggestion is one of the main reasons. For the last pattern, more/better opportunities and friends are the main reasons. Most interviewees moved out in search of jobs which could make full use of their college majors. For the U/J turn pattern, most interviewees moved back in consideration of advice from parents and relatives, or in search of a job in a university as a teacher. |
